Harp seal oil is known as the best source of omega-3 fatty acids because it not only contains significant amounts of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), but it is also the only rich source of a specific essential fatty acid called docosapentaenoic acid (DPA). Also, the molecular triglyceride structure of mammals such as seals, due to its greater similarity to the human body, makes seal oil more absorbable and have fewer side effects than fish oil.
Recommended Dose (Adult):
Take orally 1-3 Soft gels per day.
